SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS & FINAL SALE TERMS

All products sold by Flawless Beauty LLC are FINAL SALE, as detailed in our Final Sale & Resolution Policy.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, wigs, lace products, and beauty accessories:

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction does not qualify for refunds or replacements

  • Any resolution offered is at the sole discretion of Flawless Beauty LLC after review of a verified issue

Standard vs. Custom Products

  • Standard Color: #1B only

  • Standard Texture: Straight only

  • All other colors and textures are considered custom and final sale

Custom colors and custom textures are specially prepared, altered, or sourced and are not eligible for return, replacement, store credit, or refund, including for appearance, tone, curl pattern, density, or length perception.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Actual color, texture, and appearance may vary due to lighting, screen settings, batch variation, and handling.

We do not guarantee that products will meet personal expectations or preferences.

SECTION 6 – ORDER ACCURACY, BILLING & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed for resale.
