Overview — All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of virgin hair extensions, wigs, lace products, and beauty accessories, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Flawless Beauty LLC does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
While all sales are final, we are committed to providing a high-quality customer experience. If a customer experiences a verified issue caused by us or the carrier, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after review.
What “All Sales Are Final” Means
Once your order is marked Delivered by the carrier:
• No returns
• No exchanges
• No refunds for preference-based reasons
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Texture expectations
• Curl or wave pattern preferences
• Length perception or taper
• Density expectations
• Color tone preference
• Styling or maintenance outcomes
This policy exists to protect hygiene standards, product integrity, and fairness for all customers.
Standard vs. Custom Products
Flawless Beauty LLC offers both standard and custom products. Understanding the difference is essential before placing an order.
Standard Color
The only color considered a standard, unaltered color is:
• #1B
All other colors are considered custom.
Custom Colors (Final Sale)
Any color outside of #1B is considered a custom color and treated as a special-order item, even if selectable on the website.
Custom colors include, but are not limited to:
• #1 (Jet Black)
• #2, #4, 613, 99J
• Blonde, ginger, red, or fashion shades
• Ombre, highlights, balayage, or blended tones
• Any dyed, toned, lifted, or color-treated hair
Custom Color Terms
• Custom colors are final sale
• Not eligible for return, replacement, store credit, or refund
• Color results may vary due to lighting, screen settings, processing methods, and batch variations
• By purchasing a custom color, you acknowledge and accept these terms
Standard Texture
The only texture considered a standard texture is:
• Straight
All other textures are considered custom.
Custom Textures (Final Sale)
Any texture outside of Straight is considered a custom texture and treated as a special-order item, even if listed as an option on the website.
Custom textures include, but are not limited to:
• Body Wave
• Loose Wave
• Deep Wave
• Water Wave
• Kinky Curly
• Italian Curly
• Yaki or textured straight variations
• Any waved, curled, coiled, or pattern-altered hair
Custom Texture Terms
• Custom textures are final sale
• Not eligible for return, replacement, store credit, or refund
• Curl and wave patterns may vary by length
• Texture appearance may change due to gravity, maintenance, styling, or handling
• Texture changes caused by brushing, washing, heat, or manipulation are not considered defects
Eligible Order Issues We Will Review
Although all sales are final, we will review claims involving:
• Incorrect item shipped
• Item damaged during transit
• Missing item from the order
Reporting Timeframe (Strictly Enforced)
All order issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted outside this window will not be reviewed.
Required Documentation
To submit an issue for review, customers must provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos and/or video of the issue
• Photos of the shipping box and shipping label
• Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
• Description of the issue
Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
Resolution Process
After review, Flawless Beauty LLC may, at its discretion:
• Replace the item
• Issue store credit
• Issue a refund (reserved for confirmed errors)
Resolution type depends on the nature of the issue, inventory availability, and carrier investigation results.
Non-Eligible Situations (No Exceptions)
The following are not eligible for review or resolution:
• Opened, untied, installed, worn, brushed, washed, or altered hair
• Cut, tinted, plucked, customized, or altered lace
• Curl pattern disruption caused by handling or styling
• Preference-based dissatisfaction
• Custom colors
• Custom textures
• Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items
• Accessories, tools, hair care, or styling products
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Approved replacements are issued only when an error is confirmed by Flawless Beauty LLC.
Disputes & Chargebacks
By placing an order with Flawless Beauty LLC, you agree to this Final Sale & Resolution Policy.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy. We provide order records, photos, videos, and policy documentation to payment processors in the event of a dispute.
